About

About Nord Title.

Nord Title is a service of NewTech Partners LLC. We form and maintain Wyoming LLC structures for real estate investors who want their names off the public record — with attorney guidance behind every structure, a registered agent in Cheyenne, flat published pricing, and a standing policy of telling you what these structures cannot do as clearly as what they can.

What is the model?

Most formation services file articles and disappear. Most law firms bill by the hour for work that is, in large part, process. We built Nord Title in the gap between the two: attorney-guided structuring delivered through a fixed-fee service, so the legal judgment is real but the price is known before work begins. Structure recommendations and operating agreements come from our attorney partner, not from templates. Formation, registered agent service, data broker removal, and annual compliance are coordinated by us, on our calendars rather than yours.

The registered agent behind every engagement is NewTech Partners LLC at 1712 Pioneer Ave, Suite 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001 — a physical Wyoming address for service of process, state mail, and annual report handling. Registered agent service is included in every tier rather than sold as an add-on, because a Wyoming LLC cannot lawfully exist without one and we see no reason to pretend otherwise at checkout.

What do we actually sell?

Three tiers, published in full on the pricing page: Formation Only at $299 for a single Wyoming LLC with registered agent service; the Privacy Package at $849, which builds the two-layer holding structure and adds data broker removal; and Full Service at $2,999 with dedicated attorney time and fully managed compliance. Renewals are flat and published too. We do not run sales calls designed to move you up a tier — the how-it-works page recommends two-layer structures for most privacy-conscious investors and says plainly that more layers than that usually serve the seller, not the client.

What principles do we publish under?

Two rules govern both the service and this site’s writing. First, disclose limitations. An LLC keeps your name off public filings; it does not hide you from courts, banks, the IRS, or anyone with subpoena power, and we say so on every page where it is relevant — the fullest statement is The Honest Limits of LLC Privacy. The same instinct is why our due-on-sale coverage in Deed Transfers and the Due-on-Sale Clause opens by admitting the risk exists instead of waving it away.

Second, know your client. Every engagement begins with KYC verification. Privacy from data brokers and casual searchers is a legitimate need shared by landlords, family offices, and anyone who has dealt with an unstable individual. Anonymity for concealing assets from courts or creditors is not a service we provide, and identity verification is how we keep that line enforceable rather than rhetorical.

Where can you read more or reach us?

The blog is the fullest expression of how we think — charging orders, banking discipline, title insurance after transfer, and the unglamorous maintenance work that makes an LLC worth having. If you have a question the site does not answer, the contact page reaches a person, not a funnel.

Common questions

About Nord Title: FAQ

Is Nord Title a law firm?
No. Nord Title is a service of NewTech Partners LLC and is not a law firm or CPA. Legal advisory work — structure recommendations and operating agreement drafting — is performed by our attorney partner. We coordinate formation, registered agent, privacy, and compliance services around that legal work, and we tell you plainly where our role ends and counsel's begins.
Where is Nord Title's registered agent located?
Our registered agent, NewTech Partners LLC, operates from 1712 Pioneer Ave, Suite 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001. That is the physical Wyoming address your LLC uses for service of process and state correspondence, and it is included in every service tier.
Do I need to be in Wyoming to work with you?
No. Clients and their properties can be anywhere in the United States. Wyoming is the formation state; everything else — intake, documents, payment, and the compliance dashboard — happens online.
Why do you verify client identity?
Because privacy services attract people who want to misuse them, and we choose not to serve those people. Every client goes through KYC verification before we form anything. Privacy from the public record is a legitimate need; anonymity from your own service provider is not something we offer.
What does flat pricing mean in practice?
Each tier — $299 Formation Only, $849 Privacy Package, $2,999 Full Service — is a fixed fee collected before work begins, with renewal pricing published up front. State filing fees in the property state are billed at cost. There are no hourly surprises and no commission-driven add-ons.
