Overview
Nord Title (“Nord Title”, “we”, “us”) provides Wyoming LLC formation, registered agent, and title coordination services to professional and institutional real estate buyers. Privacy is a core part of the product, and that begins with how we treat your data.
What we collect
We collect (a) information you provide via our intake forms or email — including name, firm, role, contact information, portfolio size, and the contents of your inquiry; (b) for active clients, the information needed to form an entity and satisfy any applicable regulatory obligations: legal name, residential address, date of birth, and government-issued ID; and (c) basic technical metadata when you visit this site (IP address, user agent, referring page) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver the services you engage us to perform, comply with applicable law, and operate our business (including bookkeeping and security). We do not sell client or prospect information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Disclosure to vendors
We share information only with contracted vendors strictly as necessary to deliver our services: payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Amazon SES), and registered-agent / filing infrastructure. Each vendor is selected for its security posture and is contractually limited in how it may use the data.
International clients
Nord Title is a U.S. company and processes data within the United States. Clients located in jurisdictions with data-export regimes (including the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland) are processing personal data subject to those laws when they engage us. We rely on the contractual basis of providing the requested service and, where required, on standard contractual clauses for international transfer. EU/UK clients retain GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure (subject to legal retention requirements), restriction, and portability; direct requests to intake@nordtitle.com.
Retention
Client records are retained for the life of the engaged entity plus seven years for tax and statutory reasons. Unsuccessful intake submissions are deleted within 30 days. Encrypted long-term escrow documents are retained per the client’s instructions.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis, and audit logging of sensitive operations.
Compelled disclosure
We disclose information when compelled by lawful subpoena, court order, or other binding legal process, and notify affected clients to the extent permitted by law.
