Engagement

These terms govern your access to and use of nordtitle.com and any services Nord Title provides (the “Services”). Engagements are confirmed by a written engagement letter or by your purchase through this site. The engagement letter, when executed, controls in case of conflict with these terms.

No legal or tax advice

Nord Title is not a law firm, not a CPA practice, and does not provide legal or tax advice. Nothing on this site or communicated by our staff constitutes legal or tax counsel. Decisions about entity structuring, BOI applicability, tax treatment, multi-state qualification, and similar legal/tax matters must be made in consultation with your own attorney and CPA. We are happy to coordinate with the professionals you engage and, on request, to introduce you to attorneys experienced with multi-LLC real estate structures.

Scope of services

Nord Title provides Wyoming LLC formation, registered agent service, ongoing filings, mail forwarding, document escrow, and title-coordination services described on this site. Specific deliverables and fees are described in your engagement letter.

Client obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, to promptly respond to requests for documentation, and to engage your own counsel and CPA on matters outside our scope. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide for filings and for the underlying property transaction.

Fees and refunds

Engagement fees are stated on the pricing page or in your engagement letter and are due as stated. Government filing fees are passed through at cost. Engagements may be cancelled before formation paperwork is filed for a full refund less a $250 review fee. Once filings are submitted, fees are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and disclose it only as described in our privacy policy. You agree to hold in confidence any non-public information we share with you about our processes, vendor relationships, or pricing methodology.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nord Title’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid to Nord Title for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to commit fraud, evade tax reporting obligations, launder proceeds of unlawful activity, or for any other unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that we, in our reasonable judgment, believe violates this provision.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, except where binding arbitration is specified in your engagement letter.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
