Notes
- Wyoming Secretary of State filing fees ($100 per entity) are included in all tiers. Foreign LLC registration fees in the property state are billed at cost.
- Annual renewals cover registered agent service, compliance reminders, dashboard access, and (for Privacy and Full Service tiers) ongoing data broker monitoring and re-removal.
- Payment is collected via Stripe before formation work begins. All tiers are fixed-fee — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Engagements may be cancelled before formation paperwork is filed for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
- Rush formation (24-48 hours) is available as an add-on for $150. Standard formation turnaround is 5-7 business days.
