Engagement workflow

Six steps from tier selection to compliance.

A clear, predictable process whether you need a single LLC or a multi-layer privacy structure. Choose your tier, pay a flat fee, and we handle the rest.

You do not need to live in Wyoming, and your property does not need to be located there. Wyoming is the formation state only — you and your property stay exactly where they are. Wyoming LLCs are available to anyone in the United States, for properties in any state.

The process

From intake to ongoing management.

  1. 01

    Choose your tier

Review the three service tiers and select the one that fits your situation. Not sure? Contact us and we will help you determine the right level of service — no pressure, no upselling.

    5 minutes

  2. 02

    Payment & engagement

Fixed-fee payment via Stripe. No billable-hour surprises. You know the total cost before we begin any work.

    Immediate

  3. 03

    Identity verification

Standard KYC screening for all clients. We verify identity, check sanctions lists, and confirm the engagement meets our compliance requirements. This step ensures every structure we build is legitimate and defensible.

    1-2 days

  1. 04

    Formation initiated

Articles of Organization filed with Wyoming Secretary of State, EIN application submitted, operating agreement drafted, and registered agent appointed. Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days; rush formation available in 24-48 hours.

    5-7 days

  2. 05

    Dashboard provisioned

Your client dashboard goes live with entity management, document storage, compliance calendar, and (for Privacy and Full Service tiers) privacy monitoring.

    Same day

  3. 06

    Ongoing compliance

Annual report reminders, registered agent renewals, data broker monitoring, and periodic privacy re-sweeps. Your structure stays current without your active involvement.

Structural choice

Personal name vs. Wyoming LLC: side-by-side.

The difference extends beyond privacy. The right structure provides liability isolation between properties, simplifies estate planning, and limits your personal exposure in public records.

Recommended structures

Which structure fits your situation?

Single LLC

Formation Only tier

A single Wyoming LLC for straightforward liability protection. Disregarded for federal tax purposes (Schedule E). Best for investors who know what they need and want clean, affordable execution without attorney involvement.

Two-layer structure

Privacy & Full Service tiers

Wyoming holding LLC at the top, separate property-state LLC per asset. This is the defensible standard: each entity has a clear business purpose, privacy is effective, and compliance is manageable. Recommended for most privacy-conscious investors.

Why not more layers?

Complexity has diminishing returns

We recommend two layers for most clients. Three layers are justifiable in narrow circumstances. Four or more layers invite IRS scrutiny, increase veil-piercing risk, and can signal obstruction rather than legitimate business planning. We will not upsell you into unnecessary complexity.
